How much notice do you need?
Boxes: order by Wednesday for collection or delivery from Friday. Birthday and christening cakes: two weeks. Weddings: six to eight weeks, with a tasting first.
Do you deliver?
Yes: £4 in Cardiff and Penarth on Fridays and Saturdays, free over £60. Celebration cakes are hand-delivered and set up for £15 in Cardiff. Letterbox brownies post anywhere in the UK for the price shown.
Where and when do I collect?
From the kitchen in Canton, CF5 — exact address in your confirmation. Tuesday to Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 9am–1pm. Pick a slot at checkout.
Can you do gluten-free, vegan or nut-free?
Gluten-free and vegan brownies and cupcakes: yes, to order. Nut-free: I don't use nuts in the standard range but the kitchen handles them, so I can't guarantee no traces. Please tell me about severe allergies before ordering.
How do I pay?
Shop items by card at checkout (Stripe). Celebration cakes: 50% deposit to confirm, balance a week before.
How long do the brownies keep?
Five days in an airtight tin at room temperature; they also freeze well for up to three months.
Do you post cakes?
Only the letterbox brownie slab, which is made for it. Cakes and cupcakes are collection or Cardiff delivery only.
What's in the decorating class?
Two hours on a Saturday morning, six people, all equipment and cupcakes provided, take home twelve. Ages 12+ with an adult. Dates are sent after booking.
Can I buy a voucher?
Yes, £25 or £50, emailed as a PDF within a day, valid for 12 months on anything.
Are you a registered food business?
Yes — registered with Cardiff Council and inspected under the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme, rating 5 (Very good). Certificate available on request.
